EGR faults and symptoms
Is your vehicle suffering from poor performance, reduced fuel economy, or persistent engine warning lights? These symptoms often point to a faulty Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) system — a common issue in many diesel and petrol engines. At Kent Eco Tuning, we offer a reliable and efficient EGR Solution designed to resolve these problems for good.
The EGR system is designed to reduce emissions by recirculating a portion of exhaust gases back into the engine. However, over time, EGR valves can become clogged with carbon deposits, leading to:
- +Loss of power and throttle response
- +Increased fuel consumption
- +Engine management faults and limp mode
- +Costly repairs and downtime

What is an EGR Delete?
Our EGR Delete service safely disables the EGR function via ECU remapping, eliminating the root cause of these issues. This solution is ideal for vehicles used off-road or in motorsport applications where EGR functionality is not required. Whether you're in Gillingham, Rochester, or Sittingbourne, our mobile service comes to you. We specialise in identifying EGR issues and providing software-based solutions that get your vehicle back on the road without the headache of recurring faults.
